Founded in September 2004 Tanker Vetting Service Ltd provides vessels
risk assessment and vetting service for LUKOIL Oil Company and
Primorsk Oil Terminal.
Tanker Vetting Service Ltd is committed to selection of quality
vessels for clients use and to raising standards within the industry.
Our Vetting Inspectors are accredited under OCIMF SIRE program for
inspection of Oil, Chemical and Gas Carriers, and are continually
engaged in inspections of these types of vessels worldwide. Regular
attendance at OCIMF training courses ensures that the inspectors are
kept fully up-to-date with any changes within the industry.
We are focused on development and implementation of different projects
for oil companies and oil terminals.
The scope of TVS services includes:
- Marine risks assessment and ship vetting service for OCIMF members.
- SIRE inspections on all categories of oil, gas and chemical tankers
- Marine oil terminals audits.
- TMSA compliance audits for ship operators.
- General consultancy within our field of expertise.
Taking an advantage of being based in Moscow and Saint Petersburg we
are covering a vast area of CIS countries by our service. We pay
